EFT

EFT is an empowering system of Energy Psychology commonly used to help with everyday fears, phobias, cravings and addictions. It is essentially a psychological version of acupressure, incorporating methods from Ancient Chinese Medicine and modern-day Applied Kinesiology.

EFT is a gentle and non-invasive technique which is painless and has no known side effects. It is a process that involves tapping on energy meridians whilst tuning into an issue.

The basis of EFT is that the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system.  EFT balances the body’s energy system, removing any disturbance to the energy flow.

As the basic technique is easily learned, it can be taught to anyone to use as a self-healing tool for any issues in their lives.  It thus becomes a method of EMPOWERING people to take control in any negative situation.
